Singing Bowls
The sound of a singing bowl is said to resonant in harmony with the sound of the universe and inner consciousness.

To play hold the bowl in an open palm and slowly move the 'playing stick' around the rim of the bowl, variations in pressure, speed and height can alter the tone and vibration created.

People have started to experiment with the sound created by part filling with water and using different sticks and objects to sound the bowl, a violin bow sounds amazing!

Although originally used by a few, the use and knowledge of these tools has spread among philosophies and disciplines around the world!
