Carefully select the option you require if you order is urgent we still offer full paid for delivery options.If you do return part of a 'free shipped' order we reserve the right to charge the postage for the remainder of the order.If you incorrectly select our free shipping offer for orders under £18.00 we reserve the right to apply shipping at the standard rate, we will notify you of this. | Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 24hrs of it being placed Monday-Friday you should normally receive your goods within 2-5 business days unless in the unlikely event of it being out of stock, when we will notify you. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. |
| Back Orders We endeavour to have all items displayed in stock and use a stock control system which will not allow out of stock items to be purchased. However on occasion an item may become out of stock. If this occurs we will notify you and offer to 'back-order' the item for you. If the item is part of a larger order we will dispatch the available items as normal and then the 'back-orderd' item at no additional cost to you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy Under the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations' you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible with the order details if this is your intention, please do not send the goods without notifying us and acquiring a contact name for the person dealing with your order.It is your statutory duty to take 'reasonable care' of the goods and we ask you to return them with the original packaging with the item reference number stickers not removed.(red or green circles).The regulations state we must provide you with a full refund for the goods within 30 days of the cancellation.
