dark black shade, the darkest black seem to be from Madagascar with a lighter shade from India.
Moonstone appears in different guises;
with a gorgeous blue colour often called rainbow moonstone, again most commonly from India.
Then there is the Sri Lankan blue moonstone which we
feel is in a different league the stone appears colourless but the blue just emanates from within.
As we are bombarded by the ‘O’ word (olympics) we just have to mention that deliveries to the London ‘olympic zone’ although dispatched promptly as normal may be slightly delayed including Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ services.
